I spent some time this morning reading and commenting on a few fellow bloggers posts. Then I read this article, which I found very applicable to what we are all going through, so I thought I would share.
I sympathize with you all regarding how difficult this is to apply to your life. My therapist has recommended this to me many times. I am not sure if it is my depression and anxiety, or just the negativity that life and the people around me that gives me this outlook. However, it’s really not healthy or in my best interest.
Let’s all take a moment and spend a few minutes reflecting on our problems and our attitude towards them. Who knows, maybe it will change everything.
